Production process

According to the features of produce process, this project can be divide into four sections: Crushing, Milling, Calcination and Convey.
Crusher to break 300 mm size gypsum lump into small particles of less than 25 mm, after the elevator up to the storage bin, through the electromagnetic vibrating feeder measurement into the grinder for grinding, after classifier selection powder will be qualified gypsum raw powder into the vertical grinding machine, milling after qualified by calcined gypsum powder, homogenized cooling temperature into clinker warehouse storage, packaging.
crushing system
It is composed of a feeding hopper, a variable frequency vibrating feeder, a jaw crusher, a hammer crusher, a chain elevator, a block silo, and a dust removal system. The raw materials are fed into the receiving hopper by a forklift, and then fed into the jaw crusher hammer crusher through variable frequency vibration for crushing. The gypsum ore is crushed from large particles to the particle size required for grinding. After crushing, it enters the elevator through a chute and is transported to the raw material warehouse through the elevator. The warehouse is equipped with a material level and vibration feeding system. Control the start and stop of the entire crushing system by sending signals from the level gauge on the silo.
Grinding system
The grinding system uses Raymond mill or vertical mill to grind the powder to make the gypsum material meet the particle size required by the building gypsum process. The whole system is composed of belt feeder, mill host, Analytical engine, fan, cyclone, bag filter, elevator, silo, screw conveyor, etc;
calcination system
The calcination system adopts a hot air fluidized bed furnace calcination process to evenly calcine the powder; The entire system consists of measuring and conveying equipment, fluidized bed furnace, Roots blower, dust collector, hot air induced draft fan, etc;
storage system
The powder aging system also plays a crucial role in ensuring product quality.During the preservation process, you should avoid the secondary calcination of the powder to ensure the stability of the powder's three-phase; the entire system consists of hoist, spiral conveyors, silos and other components;
dust removal system
The use of a specially designed temperature and corrosion resistant bag filter ensures that the gypsum powder can operate under negative pressure during the crushing, transportation, grinding, calcination, and cooling treatment of raw materials during the production process. The dust is purified by the dust removal equipment and discharged outdoors, achieving ultra-low emissions below 30mg/Nm3, and a clean working environment for production
heat system
A hot air heat source system or thermal oil heat source system using LPG,coal, natural gas, light oil, and heavy oil as heat sources, with hot air as the heat exchange medium,The medium temperature in production is less than 600 ºC. The electrical control adopts PLC, pressure transmitter, and temperature electric regulation, and the outlet temperature is controlled within the range of ± 5 ºC, ensuring stable product quality.
