High torque twin screw - high quality product guaranteed

The fully CNC machined barrel and screw thread components ensure the precision of the barrel screw fit so as to achieve good dispersion effect and proper distributed residence time.

 

Multi-roller tractor

It adopts the mixture of rubber roller and chromium plating rollers. The upper and lower roller bracket can be adjusted. The upper roller can open the device quickly, which is convenient for cleaning waste board and maintenance, and more convenient and efficient.

Flying cutting machine
Adopt world famous brand guide rail, servo motor. The perfect combination of belt conveyor and triangular double-edge cutter can make the extruded board smooth and accurate.

The crosscutting cutter is used to cut the board to the required length. The photoelectric sensor imported from Germany , which can be adjusted according to different specifications. PCL control panel makes the operation more convenient and efficient.

Training
