Material needed

1. Raw material:

Natural gypsum rock (if adding some equipments, industrial by-product--desulfurization gypsum can be used), and in conformity with requirement of gypsum rock of over Grade 3 for making cementing material in JC/T 700-1998: Content of CaSO4·2H2O in raw material >70%.

Production process

gypsum crushing
It is composed of a feeding hopper, a variable frequency vibrating feeder, a jaw crusher, a hammer crusher, a chain elevator, a block silo, and a dust removal system. The raw materials are fed into the receiving hopper by a forklift, and then fed into the jaw crusher hammer crusher through variable frequency vibration for crushing. The gypsum ore is crushed from large particles to the particle size required for grinding. After crushing, it enters the elevator through a chute and is transported to the raw material warehouse through the elevator. The warehouse is equipped with a material level and vibration feeding system. Control the start and stop of the entire crushing system by sending signals from the level gauge on the silo.

The gypsum raw materials stored in the block material bin are uniformly transported to the mill through a belt feeder in front of the mill. The belt feeder controls the feeding amount of powder through adjusting the belt operating speed, which is interlocked with the current of the mill host motor for control; The mill adopts Raymond mill or vertical mill, which is an efficient, energy-saving, and widely used grinding equipment; The equipment supporting the mill is: fan, cyclone collector, and bag filter; Its working principle: The main motor drives the grinding roller to rotate through a reducer, and the grinding roller rolls over the grinding ring during the rotation process; Gypsum ore enters the mill from the feed inlet and is ground between the grinding roller and the grinding ring; The grinded material is squeezed by the grinding roller and moved towards the edge of the grinding plate, then lifted by the air flow blown by the fan. Driven by the air flow, it passes through the Analytical engine, which is used to adjust the particle size of the powder. The faster the speed is, the finer the particles are, and vice versa; The materials passing through the Analytical engine are collected by the cyclone, and then enter the elevator inlet through the chute; The powder with large particles falls into the interior of the mill and continues to be ground until it meets the requirements; The excess airflow generated by grinding is collected through a bag filter; The ground powder is lifted into the buffer bin by a hoist;
 

Calcination system
Adjust according to the requirements of the calcination process and the specific temperature of each point in the fluidized bed furnace during the working process.The fluidized bed furnace is a hot air type fluidized bed furnace or a thermal oil type fluidized bed furnace; The fluidized bed furnace is divided into main furnace and auxiliary furnace; A high-pressure Roots blower is installed at the bottom to inject air to assist in the boiling of powder in the furnace; The powder undergoes indirect heat exchange with hot air in a fluidized bed furnace, which transfers heat to the powder and calcines it. The powder first enters the main furnace of the fluidized bed furnace for calcination, and then enters the auxiliary furnace through the bottom channel for further dehydration; Finally, it is discharged into the screw conveyor through the upper discharge port of the fluidized bed furnace; The steam generated by the calcination of powder in the fluidized bed furnace and the air blown in by the Roots blower at the bottom are discharged from the top of the fluidized bed furnace and enter the supporting dust collector. The clean air treated by the dust collector is discharged into the atmosphere;

Dust removal
The use of a specially designed temperature and corrosion resistant bag filter ensures that the gypsum powder can operate under negative pressure during the crushing, transportation, grinding, calcination, and cooling treatment of raw materials during the production process. The dust is purified by the dust removal equipment and discharged outdoors, achieving ultra-low emissions below 30mg/Nm3, and a clean working environment for production
